 Seminar Description

 

Overview:  This seminar will identify many organizational factors which directly influence the success or failure of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) deployment.  Approaching the problem with specific metrics for measuring successful implementation, the seminar covers the most common traps leading to project failure.  This lecture comes from material which will be presented for the first time at an upcoming national conference for academic institutions.

Richard Cosentino 

Richard Cosentino

Dr. Cosentino is the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs for the School of Engineering and Applied Science at the George Washington University. He also functions as the Executive Director of Division Financial Operations. He holds a Doctor of Science in the field of Systems Engineering and is an expert in the field of ERP deployment.  He also holds a Masters of Business Administration.
